This program is a unique blend of change analytics, planning, training, coaching and consulting – giving you structure, guidance and encouragement as you initiate or progress your change projects.

Research shows that having a formal change management approach gives you a 6 x greater chance of meeting or exceeding your change objectives and be 5 x more likely to complete your project on or ahead of schedule. You are also 30% more likely to be on or below budget. In today’s resource lean, compliance heavy and time poor environment change management is an essential leadership must-have.

Building Psychologically Safe Teams

This is a 12-month team based strengthening program based on Leader Factor’s 4 Stages of Psychological Safety framework.  

As a Leader Factor Certified Coach and Trainer, I work with your teams to identify current baseline behaviours, and through a series of interventions establish new patterns of working that foster inclusion, collaboration, high performance and innovation.

The Five Signs Program – Transforming to a Mentally Healthy Workplace

Mentally Healthy Workplaces are not about the absence of challenge, accountability, or responsibility in the workplace, far from it.

They are about environments which enable everyone to bring their best selves to work and are therefore the catalyst for collaboration, effectiveness, and productivity.

The Five Signs Program is a 12–18-month transformational program for workplaces wanting to be more mentally healthy. Workplaces can choose to do the full program or selected components based on their needs.

The program centres around the five distinct signs of a mentally healthy workplace. These signs are present in workplaces that are considered mentally healthy and are supported by global research and best practice standards.

The Five Signs Program includes:

  1. A comprehensive current state analysis and priority actions report
  2. A prepopulated or co-designed strategic action plan
  3. The Five Signs Masterclass Series – Five half-day training workshops
    • Masterclass 1 – Psychological Safety for Inclusion & Learning
