Building Psychologically Safe Teams

This is a 12-month team based strengthening program based on Leader Factor’s 4 Stages of Psychological Safety framework.  

As a Leader Factor Certified Coach and Trainer, I work with your teams to identify current baseline behaviours, and through a series of interventions establish new patterns of working that foster inclusion, collaboration, high performance and innovation.
