BREAKTHROUGH is a NEW program supporting individuals to take control of their workload and regain their sense of self-efficacy.

Too often experienced and high performing individuals start doubting their abilities as they struggle to cut through unrelenting workloads. This is impacting their wellbeing, their sense of job satisfaction and motivation, and their self-confidence.

There are answers to this chronic problem.

BREAKTHROUGH is for intrinsically motivated individuals looking for tools to take back control of their workload. 

If you wish to deepen your understanding of the sticking points and factors that influence workload, uncover tools, templates and techniques to regain your sense of self-efficacy; enrich your work life and avoid burnout, then BREAKTHROUGH could be for you.

This is a 3-month program launching in February 2024.

The program includes individual strengths and work design assessments and an initiation meeting, then weekly 1-hour virtual small group coaching sessions that will include tools, templates and more.
