“Understanding own and others strengths. I found this really valuable in learning the ways others in my team work and how to achieve better results.”

UNITE – TEAM STRENGTHS

Team Strengths Coaching is a dynamic way to increase the collaboration and unity of your team by fostering inclusion through understanding and acceptance of individual strengths, traits and behaviours.

When we identify and map individual strengths across a team grid, we broaden understanding of the value each team member brings to the team, challenging bias and the tendency to align only with people who think, feel and work in the same way as we do. This lack of diversity of thought and strength, stymies learning and innovation and increases the risk of tension and conflict within teams.

Courtney, LCC

‘‘I can confirm that everyone who has taken part has voiced that they’ve gotten such great value from this, and it was great to see them refer back to their sessions with you when we did a ‘round the table Q&A on core strengths.”

Natasha Wright, Program Manager, Startup Gippsland

“The session with Tan was fantastic! She was able to deliver the Clifton Strengths session in such a positive way that gave the team permission to be really open about their results and celebrate our differences.”
