This program gives your team the personal and collective insights and guidance to unite and move forward together.

Unite Team Strengths Program

Build a stronger, more collaborative team.

~

Even High Potential Teams Can Derail.

In modern workplaces, teams are shifting and drifting rapidly. Realignments, adjournments, turnover – all create shifts in existing teams and mean a reset of dynamics.

Interpersonal tensions and fast paced environments also create drifts away from a united team pushing individuals into self-mode.  Sometimes it’s about survival, sometimes it’s about avoidance, particularly where work approaches and personalities differ.

These shifts and drifts pose a significant risk to morale, wellbeing, and team success.

The Unite Team Strengths Program focuses on identifying your team’s collective zone of brilliance by mapping individual and team strengths and strategically managing individual and collective blind spots – all with the team’s strategic goals in focus.

This program gives your team the personal and collective insights and guidance to unite and move forward together.

Each team member will receive these strengths reports to facilitate their understanding of their own strengths and blind spots…

A report that shows what the individual can bring to the team based on their top 5 strengths, as well as what they need from the team to ensure alignment.

Personal Insights Report

The Unite Team Strengths Program focuses on identifying your team’s collective zone of brilliance by mapping individual and team strengths and strategically managing individual and collective blind spots – all with the team’s strategic goals in focus.

Through an integrated approach identifying strengths (superpowers) and blind spots (kryptonite) at the individual and team level; we help your team realise their full potential and achieve on organisational outcomes.

This is a three-month team development experience that deepens self-awareness, fosters more meaningful connections, and reduces friction points.

Whether your team is newly formed, has drifted off course, or is stuck in friction and misunderstanding, this program helps people understand themselves and each other, so they can work better, together.

"I appreciated and enjoyed Tanya’s lighthearted and easy to follow presentation on Physchological Safety. The different type of safety will definitely help me encourage inclusivity and vulnerable within my team and workplace. I also enjoyed learning about Challenger Safety, something I struggle with in the public sector."

GCLP Psychological Safety Masterclass

"It was a great session today and I think just what we needed. You read our group so well and it was good to see so many people open up and have a laugh today, particularly after the last couple of weeks.A few of us have got together since the session and each and every one of us took something back to reflect on from both a personal and professional perspective. An interactive introduction to strengths-based leadership, the research behind it – including how a strengths approach can buffer burnout, and the program process.

Individual Assessments & Team Reports
Participants complete online strengths assessments.
We compile individual and team insights into a strengths map, showing team-wide patterns and gaps. We also have access to additional reporting and provide two extra reports for each team member. A short team leader briefing before the full day workshop takes place to highlight team results.

Each team member receives a confidential 1:1 session to unpack their report, understand their current context, deepen self-awareness and appreciate their role in team success.

Full-Day Strengths Mapping Workshop

Includes self-reflection, pair and share activities deepening understanding of colleague’s strengths, and a play-based highly interactive activity that is a world of fun but also shows how strengths and blindspots manifest in team collaborations, particularly under pressure. Importantly the team co-design their action plan to ensure collective strengths are harnessed and blind spot risks mitigated moving forward.

60 Day Check-In
