We know leading in a modern workplace can be full of challenges. Leaders are tasked with a myriad of responsibilities and juggle the complexities of human behaviour. Most leaders also confess to experiencing imposter syndrome and self-doubt; and deal with crippling workloads.

In this program I bring my extensive experience along with my trademark warmth and humour to each session, where I will safely challenge you and hold you accountable for achieving your personal and professional goals; and help you discover new ways to lead yourself and others with impact.

I’ve been Coaching leaders for a decade and have formal qualifications and credentials in Workplace and Leadership Coaching.  I work with CEOs, Executives and Middle Managers and coaching occupies a large part of my work week.

As someone with Developer as my No. 1 strength it’s an innate talent of mine helping others achieve their goals – whatever they may be. It drives me and nourishes me, and I feel out of balance when I’m not tapping into this strength enough.  So much so that earlier in the year I identified this and intentionally crafted my work role to include more 1:1 Coaching (we can talk about Work Design and Job Crafting later because it’s key to burnout prevention and high work engagement!).

Workplaces engage me to provide monthly coaching to their management groups and individuals reach out to me directly.  Some pay privately, others are funded through work.  It doesn’t matter how or why you come to me – if we work together, you get my all to support you to achieve your goals. We also have a little fun along the way.
