My Propel program is new for 2025, building on the success of my flagship Cracking the Change Program which has been running since 2019.
Change is a process of transitioning people from a current state to a future state. Organisations don’t change – people do, and more often than not (depending on the size and scope of your change project) organisations need specialist support to help engage and support the people through this transitionary process.
As a Certified Workplace Change Practitioner with deep experience and qualifications in change management, I am passionate about helping organisations to lead change well.
Poorly managed change is a recognised psychosocial hazard and when not undertaken in an effective manner can leave a lasting negative impact on your workplace culture and impact individual wellbeing.

Change Management is a discipline. Combined with project management and Executive sponsorship it makes up the triad of requirements for successful transformation initiatives.
Yet so often the change management component is mistaken for project management. Change management is not about ticking milestones off – it is about the people side of change.
Transitioning hearts and minds to engage in the process that moves them from the way they are currently working/doing/being – to the desired future state.
There are frameworks and technical processes that help guide this work, along with a deep understanding of change psychology and human behaviour. The application of these techniques helps reduce the time your people spend in the “flight zone” and in productivity decline.
