Feel confident that your psychosocial risk obligations are met and your people and business are set for success.

Are you a CEO, HR Director or Executive who is responsible for ensuring your organization complies with Psychological Health and Safety legislation and new Psychosocial Risk Management regulations and codes of practice but:

  • You don’t know where or how to start
  • You lack capacity to take this on
  • You are already compliance burdened

Are you concerned that:

  • You may not be compliant
  • Things will get murky if you lift the lid off this topic
  • You will find problems you don’t think can be fixed – for example high workload

What if someone could just get you out of the starting blocks and help move you down the track? Cheer you on as you go handing you support and supplies as you progress on your journey?

The Psychosocial Activators Program is designed to help you move from stalled to focused reducing your angst and organizational risk and helping you feel more confident and comfortable that you are meeting not only compliance expectations but demonstrating good safety leadership.

Psychosocial Activators is perfect for you if…

Move from stalled to focused, reducing organisational risk.

Level 1: Stalled

This may be fight or flight mode or simply overwhelm, not enough clarity or capacity.  At this level you are stuck and the anxiety elevates the longer you stay here.  Here we focus on getting you unstuck by discussing our Six Step Meaningful Change Plan, identifying your internal leads and helping clarify regulatory requirements for your organizational context.

level 2: unclear

Here you are out of the blocks but not sure what your running track looks like.  We clarify this through a desktop review to look at existing data and activities you may have undertaken and work through our Psychosocial Readiness checklist to see if your systems are in place and identify any gaps.  This all gets pulled together to help you identify your way forward.

level 3: focus

Feeling much clearer on your direction and with clarity on who is supporting this change journey we work on planning your transactional and transformational activities and identifying the right people for your full day Psychosocial Awareness training workshop.

level 4: training

The right people in the room we deep dive into myths, misunderstandings and musings on the topic of psychological health and safety and arm your participants with all they need to proactively prevent and manage psychosocial risks.  This is where the rubber really hits the road.  We put your tools into action – or use ours if you have not developed your assessment tools at this point.  You get to undertake mock assessments and understand how all the pieces come together.

level 5: rollout

And you’re off.  You now have a plan in place and are methodically working through your actions to progress your psychosocial risk management activities.  Activity is key to continue to sustain this work.  Whilst this is the end of our journey under the Psychosocial Activators program, for those desiring more support you can transition to the PROPEL program at this stage to support your full and successful rollout.

"I appreciated and enjoyed Tanya’s lighthearted and easy to follow presentation on Physchological Safety. The different type of safety will definitely help me encourage inclusivity and vulnerable within my team and workplace. I also enjoyed learning about Challenger Safety, something I struggle with in the public sector."

"When I heard Tanya on the AHRI Podcast I knew I needed to chat with her to help us activate our psychosocial activities. And she’s done just that. She’s been incredibly supportive and absolutely moved us from stalled to progressing, reducing our worries and unease. Her training has inspired and supported our executive leaders to better understand the space and they are now conducting risk assessments and having meaningful conversations with their teams. Her program truly is activating. We are very grateful for her support and guidance."

What’s the Solution?

If you’re ready to move out of the starting blocks and onto the track Tanya is ready to help.

Let’s get started

Activating, implementing and embedding a culture of proactive psychosocial risk identification and management requires technical and adaptive activities as well as strong senior leader sponsorship.

This isn’t something owned by one person or P&C or H&S. It’s a whole of organization focus.

Unpacking each of these and helping you to bridge the technical gaps, and approach systemic change through adaptive change methodology helps ensure your activities are not tick and flick but create lasting change.
